FAQs

When will I receive my order?

You’ll receive your order in 6 – 8 working days from the day you confirm your order at checkout.
When your order ships, we will send you a shipping notification email with tracking information.

What shipping options are available?

A standard flat shipping fee (starting from S$8) will be implemented for your first 2 items and differs according to country of delivery.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to Singapore, Hong Kong, Macau, Malaysia, Taiwan, Thailand, Indonesia and Philippines at this moment.

How do I exchange an item?

In an event that you are not satisfied with your Order, you may download and fill in our Returns form from the “Returns & Exchanges” at Contact Us. Email us the completed form and we will get back to you within 1-3 working days on the status of your request. Please note that all exchange requests are valid within 15 days upon receipt of shipment.

Can I request for a refund?

Refunds are allowed in the rare case that item received is wrong, defective or damaged. To inquire if your order can be refunded, contact us here. Please note that if you decide to proceed with a refund request, your item will be subject to a Quality Check before refund can be approved.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Unfortunately, once the payment goes through, your order cannot be cancelled or changed. You may request for an exchange if you’d prefer a different size or colour. To do so, you can contact us here.

How does the Rewards Point system work?

Every SGD10 spent = 1 point. 1 point = SGD1 off your next purchase. For example, if you spend SGD84 on an order, you’ll receive 8 points, which can offset up to a total of SGD8 on your next purchase.

For other currencies, the points offset will still be according to SGD. For example, if you spend JPY5000 (est. SGD61.30) on an order, you’ll receive 6 points, which can be offset up to a total of JPY489 on your next purchase.
